Since its founding, Miki Sangyo has adhered to its management philosophy of “discipline and order,” flexibly responded to changes in the economy, the market, and the chemical industry, done business honestly, and then we are celebrating our 350th business anniversary in 2024.

The environment surrounding chemical products has been becoming more severe every year.
We have been providing information and products in business fields such as basics, mobility, fine chemicals, electronics, and life sciences. We will tackle SDGs, make further suggestions on environmentally friendly products which can reduce CO2, and steadily carry out what we can do to play a role in resolving the environmental problems facing the earth.

We will continue to challenge new fields by making use of our strengths of professionalism, flexibility, and creativity.
We will also continue to contribute to the development of a valuable future and the chemical industry by creating value and increasing necessity of chemical products.

Improving productivity is essential for sustainable growth as a company. We believe that work efficiency is an important factor for this purpose. Time change and job with time. We need to improve efficiency according to the social situation and environment, and we are currently promoting digitalization, which is one of the means to do so.

At Miki Sangyo, we keep a handwritten ledger of when, what, how much and for what price we sold to our customers. The oldest is in the Taisho era, and at that time such a ledger was probably the most efficient recording medium. Today, however, the amount of information is enormous, so we are promoting the replacement of recording media from paper to electronic data, and are working to save and improve efficiency of information.

Digitization is just one example, but we will continue to promote digitization in order to improve work efficiency, create an environment where employees can work comfortably, and improve customer satisfaction.

Since our founding in 1674, Miki Sangyo has survived over 300 years. In response to the circumstances of the time, we have made major changes to our management policy and products we handle.
However, no matter how the times and environment change, the observance of our corporate philosophy of “discipline and order” will not change. By observing “discipline and order”, and facing and working directly with customers to solve problems together, we believe that the accumulation of these efforts has created a strong relationship of trust with our customers.

It is said that the world situation will become more uncertain and it is going to be a more difficult time to predict the future. Precisely because we live in such an era, we believe that a reliable partner will become even more important for a company.
We, Miki Sangyo, have been inheriting our management philosophy and will continue to do so, and then we will continue to move forward for 400, 500 years, aiming to be a company that customers can place the most trust in.
